Krysten Aldape
Hi, I’m Krysten! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with 1.5 years of experience working with individuals and couples. As a Latina who grew up in the Rio Grande Valley, I have a deep personal understanding of the cultural values, challenges, and strengths that shape the lives of those in the Hispanic and Latinx community.
In my practice, I help couples navigate issues like infidelity, communication challenges, trust, and intimacy, creating a safe space to heal and reconnect. For individuals, I provide support in building self-empowerment, setting boundaries, and understanding the unique cultural and familial dynamics that influence their lives.
I use a strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring our work together to your unique needs and goals. My commitment is to help you feel more connected, fulfilled, and empowered—whether in your relationships or as you move toward personal growth.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s a brave step toward understanding yourself, strengthening your relationships, and creating the life you want. I especially enjoy working with couples and young adults in the Latinx community, and I’m here to support you wherever you are on your journey.
Let’s take that first step together.
